Lundgaard Konsulenterne provides the Danish public sector with consulting solutions, based on the company’s experience with management and development within the public sector, and other related companies and organisations. Lundgaard Konsulenterne has insight and extensive experience working in environments influenced by the interaction of politics and administration. Lundgaard Konsulenterne focuses on development-processes from the analysis stage to implementation. Furthermore, the agency organises workshops, courses, recruitment and coaching of management.

Founded and managed by Hanne Schou-Rode, Impact Consult assists companies in implementing and executing strategies and other managerial initiatives. This is done by application of adequate tools and processes, as well as a suitable organisational design. Malene Hansen provides high quality, customized consulting solutions to the Danish public sector and assists in implementation and execution of managerial initiatives.

Malene Hansen is a former managing director at Lundgaard Konsulenterne who in April 2011 started her own business. She has extensive experience in working with organisation and management in politically led organisations both as a manager in the public sector and as a consultant. She has held positions as Head of Unit and Deputy director of Storstrøm county, as well as positions within the justice department of Denmark.
