Thomas Røhme

I have more than 7 years of consulting experience. Exciting projects with clients have given me great insight into the challenges faced when strategies are to be realised.

I am an expert in Organisational Network Analysis, which I use to improve performance and collaboration in organisations. My most important tools are facilitation, structure, creativity, and the ability to listen.

I hold a master in e-business supplemented with education from Boston University and Stanford University.

My time off is spent with my wife and three children, on travelling (preferably in tent), running, mountain biking, and in our cottage in Norway.
