Innovisor was engaged to assess the organisation in a Danish Municipality as a part of an internal restructuring. The Municipality consists of a number of different departments, all dependent on effective collaboration between them to provide optimum service to its citizens. The key objective was to map the areas of cross collaboration and the utilisation of competencies, such that the new organisation could be implemented with the least disruption to all affected by the change.
