What’s in it for co-sponsors?
Once data has been collected Innovisor will:
- Compare hybrid work data across organizations to identify the balance of hybrid work practices for high-performance teams and their hybrid work practices. Our objective is to share actionable insights on how to tailor hybrid work practices for high performance.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to all participating hybrid work study co-sponsors in a 1:1 session.
- Get your own data on your team/organization’s hybrid work. This enables you to address hybrid work based on evidence instead of emotions and gut feelings.
- Recommendations will be made for organizations, teams, and leaders on how to tailor their hybrid work approach for performance.
Timing is a crucial factor for the bold leaders we work with. Therefore, we offer two options* for data collection to choose from:

What does a co-sponsorship entail?
Who qualifies as a co-sponsor?
Must identify a group of people who hybrid work together – a team, department, function or company
The group cannot exceed 250 people
What’s needed from co-sponsors?
Innovisor administers all communication and data collection and ensures adherence to GDPR.
The investment of each co-sponsor is EUR 4.995, to be paid prior to data collection.

The research approach of the Innovisor Hybrid Work Study follows the best practice diagnostic processes and methods developed and tested in the past 15+ years through work with leading companies from all over the world. These processes and methods turn knowledge of organizational networks, connectivity, feelings, and emotions into insightful and practical actions.
