The Organizational Network Club is facilitated by Richard Santos Lalleman – Head of Learning, Innovation & Quality, who brings together from across Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Asia to explore how networks drive collaboration, change, and impact.
At the start of each month, Richard hosts a kick-start conversation and introduces the month’s theme. This live session brings members together to spark ideas, share perspectives, and set the stage for deeper exploration.
After the live kick-start conversation, the recording is shared with all members, continuing the conversation throughout the second and third weeks of the month in our members-only WhatsApp group, where club members exchange insights, experiences, and questions from their own organizational contexts.
In the final week, Richard wraps up the key learnings from the discussions and conversations, highlights insights and announces the theme for the next month, keeping the Club engaged in a continuous cycle of learning and connections.
